When looking for a "PERM" job, it can sometimes be helpful to concentrate on jobs that GENERATE income for the company that will hire you. If the job you are applying for GENERATES income for the company, that company may be more likely to hire you right away rather than lose money by not having someone in the position that can be generating revenue.
For example, almost everything in law firms and accounting firms is billed to a client, so almost everything at these types of firms are "income generating positions". If you work as a word processor at a law firm, the law firms MAKES money from what you do because the law firm adds a mark-up to your cost when it bills it clients for the work that you do.
Of course recognizing that a job generates income for a company requires a certain amount of intelligence on the part of the person hiring. I personally witnessed "that company famous for having ugly abused ghetto operators" eagerly fire people even though doing so COST the company money.
When the above mentioned "OUTSOURCER" kept getting in my face on the job, I asked the HR beauch if he realized that my JOB generated money for the company and that if I quit the company would lose money? HR beauch (some idiot fahker Carribbean) said that that was "NOT MY CONCERN".
I really really hate suing ugly stupid people. When you sue ugly stupid people, you just piss off the judge in your case (because Judges don't want to see ugly stupid people either). But it looks like THESE ugly stupid people will not rest UNTIL I sue them.
