Most of the investment bankers I have met are making a shit load of money and are not exactly preoccupied with minorities.

In other words, it is not the bankers and people making money at IBanks who are likely to have a problem with minorities, it is the low class low income Female assholes who have been relegated to the basement word processing center that are likely to have a problem with minorities. And it is these bitches who are directly interfacing with temp agenices.

Most of the time, the NUMBERS for investment banks work in favor of minorities in wp centers. Every employer has to do an EEO1 report showing the break down of it's work place by race and sex. When a company's EEO1 report shows a very large number of minorities in low level non-supervisory positions, the company can be exposed to discrimination lawsuits.

It is because most of the high level managers/supervisors in IBanks are White Males that you are more likely to see women and minorities in wp centers, mail rooms and other support functions with titles like "Supervisor" and "Manager". This is true because by making minorities in these support functions "managers", it makes the companies look better on their EEO1 report (and they can get away with not letting women and minorities into the Manager positions that actually matter).

So, the bottom line is in those IBanks in which the minorities controlling the WP Center are Females, it is them who are more likely to relay to temp agencies that they don't want to see minorities. It is these pathetic bitches who will ask for Actors (assuming that an Actor is more likely to be White)because they can't legally say they don't want to see Blacks".

What is even more pathetic and vicious is that since the bitches are afraid to actually say they don't want to see Blacks, they will just complain about every Black temp sent to them until the agency figures out that they don't like Blacks. I have actually seen Black Women leaving banks in tears because some Pathetic Bitch made shit up just to be able to complain about them (because they didn't want Black Temps).

I know of a major IBank that had almost all of it's PERM wp staff Black Women who ALL had titles of "Manager" or "Supervisor". In addition, the company appeared to have deliberately created a WP Center on every floor for the sole purpose of CREATING superviory positions that could be filled with minorities (as there clearly was not enough work for all of these word processing centers)
