The over-riding concern of the fahk Face (Giuliani) Administration and his supporters, was to keep New York City from "Turning Black", like DC and Philadelphia. New York City is America's last remaining White Metro. Unlike other large metro areas in the US (which are generally populated by Minorities, liberal White Professionals and Gays), New York City is chock full of aholes who belong in the burbs.

The real PROBLEM with New York City is that the aholes who should have moved out a long time ago, are still in the city.
