Some day I am going to have to sit down and make a list of all of the people who are after me. It is not like most of these people even know me, some of them have never even met me.
After getting a lot of on-going tude and resistance from one of my website hosters, I just wonder out loud, "Do These People Know Me?". As far as I know, I have never met any of these people, yet everything that comes from them seems PERSONAL, like they have some kind of personal animosity towards me.
I just found out the other day that this guy who works for my bank is investigating me. You had to see this guy, it appears that he was waiting (God knows how long) for me to come to the bank again and he had this little ambush that he was waiting to spring on me. I don't know this guy, my only crime was opening a bank account, yet something I did or something about the way that I look got this guy's interest. This guy now seems obssessed with me, he is convinced that there is something there if he just investigates long enough.
I am reminded of this other bitch boy, who worked for Arthur Anderson, who for some reason just felt that if he investigated me long enough, he would find something that I was trying to hide. This guy went through my desk and removed stuff then he, apparently, got a password to one of my email accounts by listening to one of my telephone calls (and he engaged in a host of other shit). And to what end, you might ask?
As far as I can tell, there is this class of person that needs to be involved in something and has some need to provoke a response from people, it is nothing personal.
Say what you will, but the concept of being a predator, i.e., the mindset of YOU going after people to get whatever you can get from them, WORKS in New York City.
In New York City, you are either a predator or a victim.
