Years ago it seemed as though the most desired temps were Young White Gay (or leaning) Boyz.
According to legend, A Female Executive of an Investment Bank happened to go into her company's word processing center and noticed that all of the operators were White Males. The story was that PERM females were sent home or told not to come in and they were replaced by White Male Temps. The Guy in charge of the Center was promptly fired.
