The Good And The Bad of Long Term Assignments
The power associated with having a long term temp assignment at night is that you can do what you want doing the day and that you don’t have to take any shit from anyone during the day.
However, it is possible that if you don’t have a long term temp job to fall back on at night, that you might actually be more aggressive in getting that PERM job. But, I have had TEMP jobs that lasted seven years and PERM jobs that lasted three months, so TEMP and PERM mean very little to me. All I need is cash, I have enough fucking titles.
